This evening when I rode Navajo, we started out at a slow walk. We then got to the corner and I trotted up and down there 2 times. I then decided to throw something new in and we walked on the road for a little ways. Then we turned around and got back on the grass. He did very well. After we were back on the grass strip for a bit, a horse an buggy came up the road and Navajo wanted to follow it LOL. We were going the opposite way so he didn't trot very fast but when we turned around to go the way the buggy was going he trotted very fast. So hilarious. I walked him back and then worked on sidepassing from horseback. He moved his hindquartes both ways for me. I want to keep working on that but when we get back from WI I want to see if I can get him to sidepass completely. I can hardly wait till he does it. I am waiting for some pics to upload to photobucket so I can edit them but I will add pics tonight yet to HC and Blogger. I also have some of Chocolate and Pebbles (chocolate's sister).
